Common questions
- Is it confidential?
- Yes. MediateHub is designed for confidential mediation workflows, with party separation, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and activity logs. Parties only see what they are permitted to see, unless access is intentionally shared.
- Do the parties or their clients pay anything?
- No. The Mediator or subscribing organization pays for MediateHub. Parties, clients, adjusters, and other invited participants join the mediation at no charge by invitation.
- Do my clients need to be tech-savvy?
- No. MediateHub is built to be simple for every participant. If someone can click a link in an email, they can join. No downloads, no complicated setup, and a guided camera and microphone check before the session begins.
